We operate the website www.jthomaslawga.com (the "Site") as well as any other related services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and JT Law, concerning your access to and use of JT Law's legal services (the "Services"). You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.
We will provide you with advance notice of any scheduled changes to the Services. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by email, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
The Services are intended for persons who are at least 18 years old. We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
1. Services
We are a law office and provide legal representation and counseling to existing clients. Upon execution of an Engagement Letter with JT Law, you become an existing client of JT Law and are bound by these Legal Terms.
2. Confidentiality
By signing the Engagement Letter, you agree that we are entering into an attorney-client relationship. All communications between us, whether through e-mail, phone, text, or in person, are confidential and protected by the attorney-client privilege. If you share details of our communications with third parties, this can act to waive the attorney-client privilege that protects the confidentiality of our communications. JT Law will not divulge any content of our communications without your prior permission.
3. Privacy Policy
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any region outside the United States with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that by continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent thereto.
4. Term and Termination
You shall have the right at any time to terminate our Services upon written notice to JT Law. Such termination shall not, however, relieve you of the obligation to pay for all Services rendered and/or expenses incurred on your behalf prior to the date of such termination.
JT Law reserves the right to withdraw from your representation if, among other things, you fail to honor the terms of the Engagement Letter or these Legal Terms; you fail to cooperate or follow JT Law's advice on a material matter; or any fact or circumstance that would, in JT Law's view, render our continuing representation unlawful or unethical. If JT Law elects to withdraw, you agree to take all steps necessary to assist in finalizing such withdrawal, including the execution of any and all documents necessary to complete such withdrawal.
5. Governing Law
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or JT Law (individually a "Party" and collectively "Parties") shall be commenced in the state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and/or venue, in such state and federal courts.
