Contract review
Send me the contract you've been asked to sign. I read it, tell you what it commits you to in words that make sense, and point out the terms you may want changed before you sign.
Flat fee.
A contract is easier to fix before it's signed than after. I draft agreements for businesses and individuals, and I review the ones you've been handed, for a flat fee, so you know what you're agreeing to.
Litigation is my daily work, so I see what happens when an agreement is vague or one-sided. Here's a sample clause, marked up the way I'd mark yours. Tap a highlighted phrase.
Services Agreement Sample

5. Term. This Agreement renews automatically for successive one-year terms3 unless either party gives notice of non-renewal.
6. Indemnity. Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Contractor from any and all claims4 arising out of or related to this Agreement.
7. Disputes. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of a state of Contractor's choosing5.
A made-up sample to show how a review reads. It isn't advice about your contract.

I write the agreement for your deal in clear terms both sides can follow, so it says what you actually agreed to.
Ask about flexible billing for drafting.
For business owners signing with a vendor, client or partner, for people signing a contract they didn't write, and for anyone who wants a deal in writing before work starts.
Call or send a note before you sign. I can tell you what a review would cost up front. A 30-minute consultation is $100.
